• To update the name or mobile number used during registration, please contact support.
• Account ownership is non-transferable.

Jillibd is for users aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following information may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• Photo of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Recent Selfie Photo
• Mobile Banking Account Details
• Proof of Address (if required)

KYC verification must be completed before large withdrawals or when requested by jillibd. Failure to complete KYC may delay the withdrawal process.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Deposits are typically processed instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Jillibd does not charge any transaction fees; however, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

Jillibd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that should be reviewed before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically between 20x and 30x.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has an expiry date. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One bonus, one time: The same bonus offer cannot be used more than once.

Bonus abuse — such as multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will be treated as a violation of these terms.

• Game outcomes are fair and automated. jillibd does not interfere with the results of any game.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be returned to the user's balance.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet funds are generally kept safe. Results will be available once the connection is restored.
• Sports Betting payouts will be settled according to official results.

Any complaints related to games or betting must be submitted to support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jillibd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Coordinated betting to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting to hack or alter the platform's security systems or software.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Jillibd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the terms.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the user requests self-exclusion.
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended, contact support to find out the reason. If the suspension is not due to a rule violation, your remaining balance will be refunded.
